my buddy's band, The Scenic, got hooked up with a show at The Crocadile Rock in Allentown with SAVES THE DAY! :supz: also on the list are PISTOLITA, and I AM AVALANCHE.
its all going down on Sept. 20th.
as of right now, its the closest show to Philly this tour is going to come.

I saw Saves the Day at Warped in Buffalo last week. They played a normal and acoustic set. They were great. Never really listened to them prior to.

Hrm, I saw StD about half a dozen times back in 99-01 when hot water music liked to tour with them. I have never seen a group of people who looked less interested in what they were doing. Night after night, they just didn't look like they were having fun. This was in a variety of baddass small venues with super energetic crowds. *shoulder shrug* Their performance made me not want to pick up a cd of them, who knows, maybe I am missing out.

i dig std's acoustic stuff...but go for THE SCENIC!!!...they are an energetic pop punk band....already are in talks with drive-thru and victory records.....they have been a band for only 6 months....i would say they are doing pretty good so far.

p.s. i still have a few tickets for sale.....get them before they are completely sold out!!! come on! GO!!!!!!!
