The PHPBB pic...

Hey admin....
I've heard it is possible to change the little "phpbb" picture to anything you want.
Should we come up with some pics/collages/logos? I'd be up for it.
If so, what size limits are there on that pic?

hey,
i'm reading up on phpbb every day and learning [slowly] what i am able to change. there is a lot you can modify, including the phpbb pic in the top left. i asked a graphic designer that i'm friends with to put together a logo for us but i dont know if she'll have time to do it until after the new year.
if anyone else has any suggestions on a logo i'm all ears...

yea the srt is more appropriate.

i know the SRT-4 is a domestic, but it just doesnt give off that vibe to me really--probably cause its a smaller displacement turbo'd engine. i think 2/6 is a good ratio of pure displacement american muscle and its important to encourage all types of car owners on here.
with that said, what does everyone else think?
and if we're critiquing the logo, why is it so hazy over by the SRT-4? and it was also recommended to me that the logo not be as tall (but the width is ok). dont know how you'd go about making it a bit more squat.

I just erased the Camaro and threw in the SRT. It wasn't the 7 layer project like the original. I can redo the pic shorter if that's what's we need.
Let me know what the verdict is.

I agree with putting the SRT in, but I agree w/Troll that the pic used looks a bit foggy...
Mike - could you eventually put even more cars in to represent the membership?

It's all up to Bryan, it's his baby. I just offer opinions(that get shot down :wiggle: ) and chop a few pics.

how about adding an SRT and another car and making it 8 cars total, which would also make the logo longer? i know, its more work to change it around but hopefully you still have the original .psd or .tif with the layers.

Did you look at the dates of this thread? It is from the archived threads when we made the switch in forum software. There were like 100 members, and only like 20 active members at that time. PHPBB is the forum software that was used before VBulletin that we use now.
