I haven't felt right for like 4 days now. Sick to my stomach, headaches, the kind of sick that makes you run to the bathroom every 5 minutes, dizzy....

I drink plenty of water/Gatorade, and take air-conditioned breaks a lot at work, and I don't work in the direct sun anyway.

What the hell? This heat needs to stop.

Bah its not that bad.

My shop isn't air conditioned, but everywhere else is, the dudes in parts get mad when we leave the door open, and the service writers complain that its too cold. I want to ****ing slap them.

But yeah I drink a ton of water and gatorate at work too. Our hours suck too 7:30-5:30 monday, tuesday, thursday friday, 7:30-8:00 on wednesdays which was tonight, and 7:30-3:00 on saturdays.

Normally heat doesn't bother me. This time it does for some reason. I have been drinking 3-4 gallons of water a day, sweating it out immediately. My head has been really hurting also.

Most of the time I just fall into a pool to cool down, but the pool temps are averaging 85* so that doesn't even work. It will be over soon, I hope.

Try washing and waxing your car in direct and indirect sunlight while drinking 5 or 6 yuenlings. I fealt goood... then i got a headache

And/Or working on the tarmac allllllllllllllllll day in a plane that is hotter then the temp outside.

As Kid chris would say, swamp factor = 10, hotter then sweatpants filled with barbeque.

I work at a car wash place drying cars and cleaning the insides. I'm outside for about 8 hours usually about 11-7. It is about everyday too. I have been drinking lots of water and have been feeling ok, but today I definetly felt like I was going to pass out.

you may be drinking TOO MUCH water. drinking too much water can throw your body chemistry out of whack. don't drink more than 8 cups a day
