Speeding calculation methods

Hi,
I got pulled over my a Lower Merion officer last night. I was trying to read the method used on my ticket, and I swear it says something like "rubic" (he had checked off "other" as the method & written it in). ???

Also, I got a warning for not being registered (its a whole mess up on the tag place's part) however my temporary says valid for 90 days on it. Can I just present that temporary to the court?

Okay, I saw the officer today, and he said it is called Robic. I'd be interested to know how that works, he said its a kind of timing.
And I can use my temp. reg. yay!
