Anyone seen this thing? Looks pretty cool. They keep showing it on a camaro. The turbo actually fits right in front of the muffler. It has its own oil system and everything. Looks pretty neat. I was thinking of getting one and seeing what triple turbo would be like on the rex....j/k.

HAHA! we were talking about this last thursday at the meet. I saw it on speed and was dumbfounded by the system. I dont see the point in running an entire intake tract from the back of the car to the front?? Also you have to run oil lines. So now you have a hot ass turbo sitting under your gas tank. Sweet!!

I assume there would be some lag too.

I haven't found anything regarding spool up times. The site also says the turbo runs 500 degrees cooler just by not being in the engine bay. But then again, I don't really care. Hopefully, the test camaro they have will burn up from it (being as I hate cum-arrow's to no extent.) I just thought it looked like a neat system, being as you dont need new manifolds or any thing.

Theres a guy that lives in west chester pa area that owns a black camaro ss. Hes got one of these turbos on his car... its wild. seems really laggy though from an outside view. Just a fair warning to those who might try and race him haha

Its a unique setup, but there have to be downsides to it.
1. L-A-G-G-Y
2. Its under the car, and has no shielding, so if it rains the water will splash onto the turbo. Can anyone say smokescreen??
3. The intake cone filter is also under the rear of the car without shielding. Same thing, if it rains you are gonna suck up some water.
4. The turbo is a few inches from the gas tank. I wouldn't want to be driving hard, and have a glowing turbo inches from my bombjuice.
