I'm lookin to take the wing off my civic, but what should i do to plug up the holes that will be there?[/img]

Might just be easier to get a new deck lid and get it painted. You could try and bondo the holes or something but it will probably never be right and you will have to get it painted anyway.

In the meantime Home Depot or Lowe's sell rubber plugs. You might be able to find the right size plug...
Or you could tape the back side and silicone the outside so it doesn't leak.
