Anyone know any products that will remove paint from a clear lense? I smoked my tailights with VHT Nightshades now I am selling them and the person doesn't like them smoked, is there anything that will take the paint off without dulling the plastic? Like I know brake cleaner takes it right off but dulls. So anyone know?

i think anything that will remove the paint is going to dull the lenses no matter what. but there is a plastic lense cleaner out there that people use on their headlights to get rid of the haze. i think its made by mothers.

i would sand it lightly to get rid of the paint, then use a rubbing compound then a plastic polished like vogel said

I know if you put slices of bologna on a car in the sun it will remove the paint. Maybe that'll work ???
If not you could allways poka-dot your neighboors car.

i would try sanding it with some fine grit paper, and then novus plastic polish it.
