Would you buy a Brittish sports car, assembled in the US by a Chinese automaker?

China's Nanjing to build MG cars in Oklahoma (http://today.reuters.com/news/articleinvesting.aspx?type=companyNews&storyID=238959%2012-Jul-2006%20RTRS&pageNumber=2&imageid=&cap=&sz=13&WTModLoc=InvArt-C1-ArticlePage2) (Reuters)

Is this going to work? Will the world accept a resurected MG? Will the US?

I admint that the cars do sound intriging. But remember that this will be a new offering by a company new to this market. While Hyundai managed to succed Yugo did not. This might be something I could buy into. I would be worried more about value, than pure price. I do not want a disposable car, I want a durable one. I don't remember many quality praises for the old MG company, but again this is a new company (to the US) with an old nameplate.
