Some dude was claiming it would "smoke every car in the parking lot" and would have "700 hp when done tuning" - yet had a itty bitty turbo. I'd like info - then I'd like to own you :)

He's harmless.

Regarding his car, it supposed to be able to handle 25 psi once its broken in.
Fast car? Probably
Beat any car in the lot? NO.

Seemed like an all right kid, but I was confused when I asked him was turbo he was running. He said it was a T66, but then when I asked him why the hot side looked so small he said it was a T3/T4 with a ported housing to fit a bigger wheel. Maybe I misunderstood or something

That car was garbage it doesn't have the fuel system or turbo to make anywhere near that power

Fast is a relative term, just remember that, a guy from australia with a 8 sec r34 thinks his car is the fastest **** ever, as does some kid with a bone stock rsx. that car isn't capable of anything faster than a mid 12. I honestly don't see how a kid who can't legally stay out past 11pm thinks his integra can handle in excess of 25 psi. If he wants to act like he's the fastest **** ever, he should try hanging for 1 night with some real cars. Ill challange to a mile race, and let him have a 1/8th mile heads up, meaning that he can start that far behind me, and I won't launch untill he's next to me

You do realize that psi is useless in terms of how much a stock honda block can handle. People have made 600 plus on stock sleeves which is far over 25 psi. Plus 25psi on a ko3 vs 25psi on a gt40R is a big difference.

I had no idea at all, this must be the reason that I have gone through multitudes of different turbo setups looking for an optimal power and efficency range, it prolly also contributes to the fact that my car is a 520 rwhp car at only 20 psi, I must not know what I'm talking about.

I'm sure its got some **** in it, but it aint makin no 700whp on low boost, and I prolly wouldn't let impo change fuses on my car, let alone build the car

I run a 2.2L 16V with a T3/T4 and I'll only make it to around 400whp (@ 20psi) before this turbo becomes glaringly inefficient. A 57 trim might get you a little more power at the cost of spool time, but no Honda is going to move enough air to spin that thing at a useful RPM... It might as well be a T88.

The car was junk I would like to see it put out more then 250whp and that's me bein serious not talkin **** not a fast car and fast isn't relative at all fast is fast

Well since you want to be an asshole so will I. You only made 520hp at 20psi. Kind of ****ty. I made 569 at 21 psi with a motor that was leaking coolant into the oil and super low compression on number 2 cylinder. Took that same setup threw it back on my stock ls/vtec and made 391 at 12psi. But I don't know **** either. Next time if you want to show your great knowledge don't write a post that makes you look like a fool.

it was built by impo ported out to a 2.2l gsr i believe, and from what i hear will be around 400-500whp.

And for the record`, he claims he wasn't talking any crap. If anything, he says he was down playing the car, claiming until he gets it broken in and tuned, its nothing.

Who cares? All the **** talking going on here and you guys are gonna get all over some dude for doing it in a parking lot?
Or am I missing something and it just a big pissing contest for some?:roll:

when a car has 1.75" exhaust, S&S, T3/k03s, and all season tires it is hard to believe that the car has any power. anyone can bolt on a cheap turbo kit from ebay and think he has the baddest car there because he can blowoff at the traffic light....when he was parked infront of a car that will tear him a new one.

There are a lot of cars at the meets that could talk **** but don't - it was COMEDY the kids talking about the car claiming it would own any car in the parking lot. It was funny - that's why we're laughing.
