Creaking noise when turning left.

So i got my car aligned 2 weeks ago. Recently I have been hearing a loud creaking noise comming from my left wheel/wheel well. I can somwhat hear it from under the hood as well. It slights makes the noise when I turn right as well. Can it bE my control arms are to tight, maybe the bushings?

Some info from you subie drivers that may experianced this before. I want to avoid going in for warrenty work.
