Work was closed for me today.
I work in a building that's right next to the Schuylkill river, and i got to work an got word that the fire marshall closed down our building...

the water was about a foot away from flooding the bottom floor of tha parking garage :supz:

word, I live right next to kelly drive and that **** had about 2 feet of water in it....I woke up again today to a news helicopter hovering above my apartment, I wanted to shoot it down since I still had and hour to sleep... everytime there's a overspill of the Schuylkill it's HUGE news, there was reporters outside interviewing people and my street was all crowded....ahhh took me an hour and a half to get to work today... :mad:

i was taken my g/f home in south philly and they had atleast 3 or 4 streets including passyunk in one spot blocked off accross all 4 lanes because water had flooded id say about 30 yards long and probably a foot or two deep.but anyway make sure u put today to good use its actually sunny out here and not raining

East Falls is closing down streets too.... I just heard that there are little kids swimming on my street.... thats effin nasty
