Do you want to upgrade your wimpy sounding horn?

These 118Db horns will fit the bill!

Easy to install in any car, the Hella Super Tone kit comes with horns, relay, mounting brackets and instructions.

Just $68.00 shipped to the lower 48 states!

We also have the 115Db Super Tone kit for just $65.00 shipped to the lower 48 states!

They look the same as the 118Db kit, the tone is a little softer...

based on the amount of people who ask me about mine and say they want to pick these up, i think you're going to sell a good amount of these :)
when people stand in front of the car to hear what they sound like, i dont think one person has managed to not flinch at least a little bit when i honk the horn, haha.

Sorry no sound clip. I'm sure a search of the many car sites will turn up bunch of sound clips.

ha well they sound obnoxious, but they're supposed to... they're meant for other people.
there are two types, one is indian and 113 db i think, and the other is german and 118 db. the indian ones are not as loud and a bit lower pitched. they both have a similar sound to them though.
i think we were gonna meet up at teh meet maybe for those wrenches so lets see whats up with yours.

Curious, did you install them with the supplied relay or did you hook them up to the stock horn wiring?

You can wire them either way, but some have said that the relay makes a difference...

How are the horns mounted? are they facing straight out of the grill? Pointing down? Depending on how they are mounted and where theya re pointed can affect tone and how lound they sound.

Also, which set did you buy? The 85315 set is 115Db and the 85115 set is 118 Db.

I hope this helps. :)

I used the stock relay and mounted them where the factory horns were. I am taking into consideration that they are buried under the aibox...maybe it's just me. I bought the 118db

I'm not trying to take away from JnJ, my transaction with them was great, super fast shipping and they return phone calls.
