Well Its official, i am done with DSMs, and am looking foward to my next project which I hope will be a 240. Were is the best place to find Info on modding and JDM conversions? Any and all help will be appreciated!

LOL...I remeber about a couple of months ago you said that 240s suck! This weekend or next week i will be selling my buddys 95 240sx with a sr20 in it. The car has new paint on it and doent nearly need as much work as your tsi. Hes looking for about 6k. Let me know if your interested.

I've always liked 240s. I owned 2 myself. They were just driver's, nothing really wild, but if it was me... I'd do a KA-T. Use the Factory 2.4L DOHC motor and get turbo it. It's an iron block and it's safe to about 400whp before you'll need any internal work. You can build a nice kit yourself for it for about $2500 too.
Check out KA-T.org ... there's lots of knowledgeable guys on the forum there. I can answer questions too as I did a lot of research on it before, when I was considering doing it myself.
