Red turbo integra on 95 north (PICS!)

after dropping my car off at a shop near me i was driving on 95 with evil talon in my altima noticed a fmic in the front of this integra coming up from behind me. i beeped the guy just looked though i tried to wave. he was on the phone the whole time. also he had delaware plates, im wondering if its the same kid i met at a sentra b-15/specv meet a couple weeks ago... well heres pics... sry the suck camera phone

Thats my boy, he used to have a silver spec v, sold it and got a gsr and threw a turbo on it. It's ddddddddddirty, I've seen him walk out on an evo from a roll.... and he left me like a was standing still when I was stock... haha, only beat me by about 4 cars the other day though, I stuck right with him til 3rd. :(
