funny quotes i picked up off of that vid (this is the first time i saw it too)

first run- some itialian sounding guy "hey tony, is that him?" i do my run he says "yeah, that's him" :lol:

last run- at the finish im about 1/8 mile away from whatever car i raced (forget what it was)- the announcer says "v8 vs. 4 cylinder- v8 wins" :finga:. priceless right there.

he murdered me out of the hole, i spun pretty much through first which is why i only got the 1.65 short time. i think i brake torqued it too high or something, spendone also seems to reaction time me every time we are at the track, which is impressive since im auto :bigeek:.

i'll get it to go faster with this same setup, i just need a good 60ft. and some good da'.

nice runs!! BTW, I'm not sure if it was you, but did you put dumps on your car?? it was parked on my g/f's street (a street over from me, nottingham), looked just like your car.

ITSTOCK- my ex lives right there, but i havn't been there for a month or probably longer than that. and yes the cutout is now permanently open until i ship it out to be fixed (electronic cutout= pos).

it'll get a cage sometime- i really don't want to cage it ($, weight, and i just don't want it in the car..) the car stays perfectly straight and is very uneventful during the run, which i think is the main reason i havn't gotten booted yet. if i got the least bit out of control i'd bet i'd be booted shortly afterwards. that and it looks completly stock, i'd bet if i had slicks and skinnies i'd probably get kicked out after the first run also.

thanks for the comliments, but it is VERY easy and not all that expensive to duplicate my setup on any ls1 car. it is so basic it's funny...stall, boltons, tires, spray, tuning and supporting mods (drivetrain and fuel)
