I think the kit is about 2,500. Plus, to even get it running you need the AEM EMS, there is another 1500. And, the majority of the guys that can afford that are idiots so they need someone to do all the work for them, another 1000 I'm sure just for install and not including tuning. So yeah, expensive. hahaah.
I'll stick to my goals and run circles around an ITB s2k.

But, they all see it as mad jdm y0.
Reason #1 why I don't like any S2000 people on the internet. Too much money, no common sense, and can't drive the car for crap.

Typical S2000 on the internet.
2000+ in wheels= check
2000+ in super JDM body kit= check
1500 in JDM exhaust= check
and other insanely priced crap= check
Time ever truly driven- not much.
Most of them are show cars with these supposed "race parts" on them.
But, what do I know. I don't have any JDM bling so none of them like me. hahahahahah.

Best sounding honda I've ever heard. He's a cawk for driving down a residential street like that though.

ITB's can be very effective if used properly. They're basicly useful only on the track where your constantly revving up around redline. Other than that, they are typically weak on the bottom end. So, they're not very street practical.
And I must say.....If your car sounds like that....it better be moving alot faster than that S2K!
Hey LSHatch....Do you go to BCCC? I Haven't seen an all around picture of your car. But from what I Have seen, it resembles one I've seen at Bucks.

No? :screwy:
That was a seroius question. I figure you don't though, It would be silly for you to make fun of JDM fanbois if you had a ricey hood. Must be thinking of somebody else

I have a vented hood, but it is functional.
And all the JDM boys never even use their cars. They just drive them to car shows and say "oh look, I got mad JDM stuff."

And by functional you mean it weighs a few pounds less, right?
You use your car? It's an s2000, so that means you at least autocross it, right? Track days?
LSHatch

By functional, it actually allows the hot air to escape. You can see it while you sit there.
By using my S2000, it doesn't sit at car shows and in my garage year round. It goes to the track, it does autocrossing when I can, and it does a lot of driving.

I don't need to help you lose anymore than you would. hahaha.
When are you coming home anyway? I'm trying to get the EMS and I want you to tune it if you can.

May 6th (Next Friday), I'll help you with what I can. I'll have to read up on the AEM forums, thats a lot more complex than DSMLink.
