If I have a PA license, and I get a moving violation ticket in NJ or DE that resulted in points, will those points be on my record with PA, thus causing my insurance premium to raise? I understand that Out of State tickets do NOT cause your home-state license to receive points. However, I remember vaguely that the law may be different for the tri-state area. Can you shed any light? Thanks!
