She is still in pieces, but the motor is done, and the trans i officially hooked up, now i just need to put it in! I know it isn't much to look at now, but I have started the body work. The fenders are the only problem area, and for being a NY car, their is no rust. My goals for this FWD are very modest at 275 HP and high 13's. Basically I just want it to run, as this is my first complete motor build myself. The motor has CP pistons, Eagle Rods, ARP hardware, a cometic headgasket, ported 2g head, on a 1g 6bolt block. Stock cams, Small 16g, 650injectors, 2g MAS, stock 1gBOV uncrushed, Internal gate with a 13 pound spring. DN Performance Tubular header. Greddy electronic boost, EGT, and oil pressure gauges, and a stock side mount for awhile. I have the Front mount, I am just not ready to pipe it yet. I have an ACT PP, and an OEM disk i will be using until it blows. I am hoping to run about 17 pounds of boost on the street, and while at the track run about 23-25 pounds with race gas. Please feel free to comment, especially the DSM guys on here. And feel free to give advice as this is my first time putting the motor into the car.

Some more pics of the body. It is really straight and rust free, and for 600 bucks with the motor and trans, i couldnt pass it up!

Sounds and looks good, represent the FWD guys on here. I think if you have a good tune and you can drive along with a nice set of tires on the front a possible high 12 sec run is in it.
Good luck with everything, keep us updated

Along with the car, i got a set of Steelies with drag radials, there in decent shape, i can probably use them atleast for the summer.

Hopefully SR20DE still has his camera mount, for the car, if so, as soon as its running reliably, or as reliably as a DSM will run, I will be making some RT82 and Old Kennett road runs!

if you dont mind me asking where and how much was it???

Exhaust is being worked on as we speak, i am almost done fabricating a shorty downpip, with a 45 degree bend. Im hoping it comes out just behind the passenger door. I need some sort of noise resonator though. 3inch no cat unmuffled is just a lil too loud.

Paul, i ordered it from CarV2 and it cost a lil under 500 bucks.
