Mike (CRXed) and I are trying to get together an experimental photoshoot at the St. Mary's parking garage. We need a few different color cars. I'd like to get one of each, red, white, silver, blue, and black. We don't care what kind, as long as its really clean. Please reply to this thread, or IM me at raceMpower95. First come first serve, as I said, only one car in each color. We will be meeting on the roof at 7:30, please be prompt, as we do not want to aggravate security with a bunch of loud cars driving around the garage all night. All pics will be posted up here within the next two days. Thanks.

Dave, do you have any ND or polarizer filters for your cam?

Pocket Rocket...tire shine. Get it as shiney as possible, so when I add contrast to the pictures, it will make it easier and enhance the look. I'm going to bring some detailing stuff if anyone needs it.

Mike: I have UV filters, and haze filters, but i dont think i have a polarizer, ill look in my box of old photo stuff and see if i can find one...

yeah, no go on the filter, just the UV one, but i did find a hotshoe mount external swivel flash that should work on ur cam if u dont have one...

Yeah. That's what I was planning on doing. It takes a while to get all the pics to the desired quality. About an hour per pic. I'm just about done mine, I dont know about Mike, youd have to ask him. Two cameras. All of Mike's (CRXed) shots are a Nikon D70 and mine are from a Canon Powershot A85.

he uses the same lens. i dont think he uses the UV filter though. a lot of the time, a UV filter just adds haze. if you want added clarity, get a polarizer filter. it will increase clarity and help reduce glare and unwanted reflections.
