Meet at Watchung Reservation on Sun May 21

There will be a meet at the Watchung Reservation in NJ on Sunday May 21st.
All are invited and welcome.

Hope to see some familiar faces at this meet as I will not be doing Colonial Park this year.

WHAT: NJIC ANNUAL BBQ
WHERE: Watchung reservation in Watchung, New Jersey.
WHEN: May 21st sunday 10:00 am till whenever
WHY: We had a good turn out last year and most likely would be happening
every year now

RULES AND REGULATIONS:

No liquor
No reving of engines
No burnouts
No speeding
No doing donuts
No immature acts

We are a club of adult auto enthusiasts. It's all fine to have fun but there is a line that we do not want to be crossed, anyone with half a brain knows how to act. Anyone who doesnt follow the rules are going to be kicked out from the BBQ with no excuses.

We would also like to make it a point that all other clubs of all other makes are welcomed as long as they are there to have a good time (no street racing, picking fights, etc.), so feel free to post on other local boards (TST, SQC, Nasioc, Club WRX,etc.). Last year we had a couple other clubs with us and it was nice to have a mixed enthusiast community with us.


So lets get a list going of who is coming, and who is bringing what. We also need a larger grill than last year's at the liberty state park so if anyone has something bigger than one of those little circle things it'd be much appreciated.

Westbound on 78:
Take exit 43 for New Providence/Berkely Heights.
Make a right at the light on McMaine Avenue .
Follow eastbound direction.

Eastbound on 78:
Take Exit 44
make a LEFT onto Glenside Ave
go 1.2 miles and make a RIGHT 645 onto Tracey Dr. (entrance to reservation)
Pass Lake Surprise and go up the hill.
We will be in the area called the LOOP.
Our picnic area is called OAK GROVE.

If you want to mapquest it use one of these addresses:

1160 Summit Lane or 452 New Providence Rd. One is for the stables the other is for the museum.

The reservation is huge so there isnt really an accurate street address I can find.

Not that I didn't already have 2 other things to do on Sunday though. I was at last years, it was a good time. Saw my first Legacy 3.0R there.
