Im thinkin about the Vortech tuner kit because I already gave a U-tec and dont want to pay the full price of the regular kit just to have the ecu it comes with layin around. However, does my utec have FMU in it already, or will I have to purchase a FMU seperate.

An FMU and a UTEC are two totaly different things. You obviously know what a UTEC is if you have one, but a FMU is what they call a Fuel Management Unit. They normaly are some type of rising rate fuel pressure regulator. And if you have the Utec, you should not need the FMU. If you are going with forced induction I would highly recommend a return style fuel rail system.
