I finally got to doing some work on the old girl. Upgraded the brake system with SS line, Slotted/dimpled rotors, ceramic pads. I also finally got my 165 shot of nitrous install. Anyone else ready for 518ft l of tq. out of my SVX??

165 shot! Atleast its a wet system. Good luck with it and I hope you pull some good numbers.

Is the car front, rear or awd?

The system is wired to my Stage 2v5 ECU from ECUtune. This company sold my buddy the stage 2 kit with the ECU and custom drilled jets. He fabbed the hardlines for it and had it installed in his car a lil while. Unfortunately he did not have a window switch for it and accidentally engaged the N20 at about 1100 rpm and blew the hell out of his motor. So needless to say he was hesitant about running th system again. The system is wired up so that upon solenoid activation, the ecu turns over to it's seperate chip which is tuned for this system. I am taking every precaution I can think of to keep my car in 1 piece although I do have a spare motor sitting at home. This system has a couple runs on it and they were very successful but the last run was explosive to say the least. So to answer the question of tuning, yes it is ready for it. The block can handle more abuse than many first thought. So far people have run `12lbs of boost safely with the stock 10.0-1 pistons so these motors are no slouch to say the least. It is AWD and I am pretty sure my 6 speed tranny and R180 can hld the juice. Should be fun and I will post when I am going to Atco if anyone else wants to see the fireworks(hopefully not).

(Rubbing crystal ball)

I foresee a new engine in someone's future.

At least after this goes, you could drop in a STI engine or maybe a built turbo EZ30. This not be good on stock cast pistons.

Good luck, but what do I know? Just trying to help you out

Wow don't see to many SVX's localy. (I've seen like 2 in the last 5 years) Thought I was the only one that liked them.
Almost bought a 94 laguna pearl last year but came up just short cash wise.
Gonna try to find another this summer.

Thanks! Yeah I am always running up and down 72 & 38 going back and forth to Philly.

The stock internals of the EG33 are all forged minus the vaccum cast pistons. They can hold a lot and as long as I don't engage the system before 2500/3000 rpm it will not blow it. This kit was designed to push the outer limit of the motor on N20 but not so much that it would kill it. I do not plan on swapping and outside engines into it. The EG33 is top notch design in my book and everyday we have more developments opening up our aftermarket. I think that I will stick the the largest displacement motor that Subura ever built. Hopefully going to turbo sometime in the future but I need to get my daily driver up and running before that. Thanks for the comments guys and for those of you actually thinking of buying one, let me know and I can come check it out for ya.:drag:
