ya i didnt get that either, he just ran through the gears... pretty weird, there's a few shops on Nasioc that do that too, i think PDXtuning. The dyno plot just starts at like 4k instead of showing the full curve

I will state this again, high HP Subarus are the best sounding engines outside of F1.

they ran it high most likely because thats all they wanted to see. its wasnt a test and tune and much as it was a "lets see howmuch power we have".
