Wat do you guys suggest for datalogging on my V7 Sti motor with a palm pilot. I called up pocketlogger already and they say their software won't work with a jdm ecu. Any suggestions?

doesn't seem like it and one guy asked on their forums if it works with a jdm motor swap. No answer yet. That is also my problem, trying to find one that works with jdm motors!

The only datalogger I've found that I know works is Ecutek Delta Dash...very expensive for the basic needs I want!

What wire harness do you have in your car? If it is stock I don't see why it wouldn't work even though you have a forign market engine swap..I would think only a few emission tests/purges ect. would not be working..Are you using a different ECU as well? sorry I dont know scooby swaps that well..
EDIT: NM if you have a jdm ecu I think you are SOL.. Mabye try the new apexi logger thingy or find out what they are using overseas..

I still gotta try out the scanmaster 3 to see if that works. I know the ecutek delta dash def. works...but its over $400 bucks!!!

I have found a OBD logger, scanner, dashboard for pocket PC but it costs upwards of 400 bucks. It does everything that delta dash does but more, and its only availible for pocket PC.
Pocket OBD.
If you want to spend another 200 bucks you can get a wireless OBD connector as well. Just plug it in, and transmitt the data to your PDA.
found one over on openECU.org, the page is in french but it installs in english. Still need to figure out what type of cable to use. Im not spending 200 bucks on a bluetooth OBD cable.. although it would be nice. The dell axim only has one slot for its dock, yet has a cable that mates up into a USB connector. Is there anywhere that sells a OBD to USB? Nevermind found it over on Tactrix.com. Looks like us Windows mobile users are F'n Set. FOR FREE. Wait I have that cable already, baught it before I had access port, I am a moron.
