Inspection/Emissions

Hi guys, new to the form and in sort of a jam.
I live in SE PA, Near Philadelphia.

My local shop is giving me a no-go on a pass for my car because it is lowered.
I was wondering if anyone can give me a suggestion on where to get inspected to pass?

The problems:
Tinted tails, Lowered.

I can swap out to non tinted tails no problem, but I don't have an extra suspension lying around....

So I am kind of in a jam here... need some help asap.

wow...didnt know you could/would fail for being lowered....

Pepboys used to sell these little clamp thingys that you could put around your spring to squeeze/lower them, or flip them & then install inbettwen the springs & raise it....you could try that..




on a side note....i failed safety the other day as well .....because my turn signals were clear bulbs...instead of amber.....
