I like the last one on the first set. The combined TST looks so hot.

I was thinking about getting a license plate frame made, since I'm not all about sticking things to my car.

cool. glad you guys like um. i go to fast signs on ridge pike up near norristown to get all my vinyl stuff done. maybe this weekend i'll head up there and find out how much these bad boys would cost. after that, maybe we can have a poll or something to try and figure out how many and what kind people would want.

hey empty, i like what you're doing here.... thanks for taking the initiative on this. if you want, you can be in charge of the tristatetuners.com and logo vinyl and design for the forum... we can work together on making that happen real soon.
i was thinking with the test maybe we could to a "TriStateTuners.com" but have the S be styled a bit like the 'curves ahead' road sign... looks like an S but has an arrow up top. some sort of stylized text thats leaning forward a bit so it looks aggressive, but clean and easy to read. let me know what you think of that and if you can come up with anything.
i also like the logos you came up with... the style is really cool but i think it would be better to have something thats somewhat car related for an image that will be strongly associated with the forum.
anyways, keep it up and let me know wha tyou think about my ideas. oh also remember that on this stuff it cant be dependant on color... it needs to look good in a single color (for vinyl) and ideally in a variety of colors. a two color thing would work, but see if you cant keep it to a single solid color scheme.
bryan
and i have a couple contacts to have vinyl made as well... both seem competitively priced and reliable.

awesome! really appreciated!

i'll get crackin on some new font styles, i'll try and work something out, like with the "s" curve you were talking about. i'll try and have as many as possible to have a variety to choose from.

also, about the logo designs. i choose the little character mm-bobber so that no user/member/or whomever, would be left out if i threw in a specific car in the design/logo that wasn't theirs. but anyway, i'll try and work out something that will be symbolized in the car fashion. who knows maybe i'll draw a stiwrxevolutionsrt4is300camarocivic240sxgticelica car. j/k

anywho, i'll keep you updated on the designs.

sweet... there are a million things i want to do with the forum but i cant do them all alone so its awesome that you're taking the initiative to help out with this. i'm really anxious to finalize a nice design and have them made up.

Two-tone = ghey because everyone is gonna want it a certain way. Keeping it simple one color is the way to go in my opinion.

I still like the little dude in the 2nd pic, although the piston thing works because of the lettering/writing.

hey empty... i just looked over the stuff again and i definitely think the last page you loaded is the best. i really like the first one with the 'curves ahead' thing and the last one with the piston.
is there a way to make the 'curves ahead' sign a little more clearly an S as well? i like how its stretched out a bit, but maybe making it slightly bigger or slightly less stretched would help it to read easier?
and with the piston, is there a way to keep it clear that its a piston while making it a little smaller? proportionally it sticks out really high for someone who wants to put a relatively low profile sticker on their rear or side window. and also the text in that one isnt as exciting as it could be, IMO.
hope you arent taking any offense to this... your stuff is great, just trying to give as much feedback as possible.
i'm looking forward to finalizing a design and going with it real soon so hopefully you can find some time to mess around with these a bit more. and of course any new ideas are also very welcome.
thanks again,
bryan
