I decided to google the VIN of the 135i I traded in last year
Turns out that it went from long island down to NC for sale:

and then a couple of months later:

:( such a shame... I loved that car :(

160k miles in 5 years? Woah. Sucks I imagine red 135's are fairly rare - I haven't seen very many in person. I always wonder what happened to all of my old cars...

I think thats a typo... the for sale pictures show 77k miles... I think I sold it with just about that too.
Yeah it was a nice combo being an msport, black with the metal, and the red was nice.

Must be, I didn't look at the interior pics - just saw the 160k miles ha.
Some people just can't handle the German power

Dunno how it happened, but I put it back to bone stock before I traded it in.

I made the mistake of looking up the vin # for my old srt4 - bought in 2005 with 7 miles on it, I sold it in 2008 sept with 46k miles and it was making 400whp with a 50 trim & meth.
Now it's a completely stock car with a replaced engine/trans with exhaust - it was... pretty surreal to see everything undone... like literally it was changed completely back to stock at some point, the current owner painted the dash bezel/ac trim and put exhaust on it and told me how he spins third and how fast it is....
/sigh

I highly doubt anyone would fix the 135i... Its too far gone and I'm sure its only worth it for parts.
I miss the little things about it... How grabby those 6 piston brembos were, how chunky the steering wheel felt, how it handled during road rage in rush hour philly traffic... Sigh, I'll probably pick one up just like it in a few years.

Sucks, my brother sold his first 03 cobra to some one in nj. Was totaled less then a month after buying it. Sold his black 03 turbo cobra, that changed owners a few times then was totaled. Traded his 350z track edition in with full suspension and front/rear stoptech big brake kit. That car was totaled as well.

Eh, it doesn't bother me the slightest bit. It's someone else's car at that point, they could put their penis in the exhaust every night for all I care. I don't think I have seen a red 135 myself either though.

Lol it sucks. I know its not his cars anymore but it does suck when you put a lot of time into something and see that it gets ruined due to "driver mod"
