i dunno, he may have been intoxicated. my parents told me of a story that they were driving north on 100 near Boyertown when a car was going south in the northbound lanes. my dad had to swerve to dodge the guy. I think they said in the paper that he was also intoxicated. if they flew him to the hospital, he'll get a manditory blood test

I hope he gets hit with everything in the book and is in jail for his life. underage or not, I seriously hope he never sees anything but jail. He doesn't even deserve to live.

End of story.

That is amazing both drivers weren't killed instantly considering the speeds. Just goes to show how much safer newer vehicles are compared to older vehicles.

And I've heard many stories very similar to this over the years where people are driving the wrong way on the highway usually due to alcohol.

Agreed, I can't understand why people drive while drunk. When is that a good idea??

But the other day I had a lady making a left onto the newtown bypass turn into my lane (coming at me). Me and everyone behind me hopped on the brakes and got on the horn, but she just continued on her merry way for about 200 feet when she jumped the median and continued driving on the correct side of the road. Some people are just stupid.

Authorities said the 20-year-old driver was flown to Christiana Hospital in critical, but stable condition. The 59-year-old male was taken to Jennersville Hospital, with relatively minor injuries.

good. the old man will most likely be fine it seems. And the douche-wad 20y/o will wake up and get the thrown in prison. Not a horrible outcome considering the situation

It's idiots like this that make me worry about my family and friends being on the road. The only thing I don't agree with is that the trooper fallowed him the wrong way down the road. This is now twice the danger. I thought police weren't allowed to do this anymore? The kid should be locked up for a very very long time though. Or let him drive 60 into a brick wall with no belt if that's how he gets his kicks.:finga:

I've seen a guy driving down the wrong side of the road, I think I posted about it. It's the most surreal thing in the world. Really makes you stop and consider why someone would do such a thing.
