Im a HUGE flyers fan but this post season doesnt look to good for them. They havent been able to put together 2 consistent performances since before christmas. buffalo is a fast agressive team, i know they did ok against them in the regualr season but the playoffs are totally different. Hatcher and the rest of the flyers d are going to have their hands full and the PK was sub-par down the stretch run. Ill say flyers in 7 if they win the first night.

So do I, I would love a parade down broad street. If nothing else, this playoff season should be very competitive with the new rules. I think the hitting will be up a few notches along with scoring.

well what do you think of the decision for Esche as GoalTender.
I don't think i like the idea, atleast not right now. He's been alright lately, and has the experience. But Nitti's performance in the olypics and AHL post season last year should have given him the spot in my oppinion. But we'll see. Esche is awesome when he's on his game.

I hate that decision too.
THey lost 5-1 when they started esch last game and lost 4-1 2 games ago with esche in net. and they ended up putting in niittymaki anyway in the 5-1 loss.

AND they won 4-1 against the RANGERS with who in goal? yeah im pretty sure it was niittymaki

Damn I probably hate the Devils more than the Flyers do. I can't freakin believe they came back to win it.

As for the Flyers, they aren't going to win the cup, and I'm a big Flyers fan. Towards the end of the season, they had some pressure to win some games to get the top seed, and they blew it. I just don't think they have it in them.
