Hey Biz - Sorry to hear about the leaking rad! Unfortunately with any manufacturing there is the risk of defect, and although this is rare it does happen from time to time. We happily stand behind our product with a lifetime warranty.

just filled it out! however, where can i find the serial # on the rad? (currently not by my car, but will verify it later)

There should be a serial plate on the driver's side of the rad. It'll say "Lifetime Mishimoto Warranty" on it with the number below. Let me know if you have any trouble!
