Lookin for roomate *pics*

Looking for a roommate to move into my second bedroom of my 2 bedroom apartment. Apartment is located right on rt. 70 in Medford, NJ.

Apartment (appox 1100sqft) details:
2 bedroom
2 bathrooms
full washer and dryer (located in the second bathroom)
living room
kitchen
dining area
balcony
cable TV
cable internet with wireless router

2nd bedroom details:
currently has furniture: single bed, night stand, dresser
closet
2 windows

Prefer non-smoker but won’t exclude smokers. I have a miniature pinscher dog, so prefer u come with no pets. Cleanliness is a must, leaving trash and messes around the apartment not acceptable. Have no problem with a few people coming over to hang out, just keep it reasonable. Looking to find roommate before June or else I have to move out due to lease ending in June. If I find roommate then will continue lease. I believe that the apartment management needs you to fill out an application just so that they have info on you. I will take pictures of apartment and will make them available once u contact me with interest. As far as rent im lookin for 425 a month, which includes all utilities..only thing is if electricy goes up lot then i would want to split it..

Karl has a very nice apt, the area is set back in the woods with major shopping within the area, about 25 min to philly, 30 min to great adventure, cherry hill mall, etc. How do I know this? I live about 10 apartments up from him..
