I don't know about other people's experiences, however, I haven't had any problems with Cherry Hill. When I do go there, it's been the same two guys that have serviced my 8 for many years now.

I take my outlander to peruzzi and never had an issue, but at the same time I only have 15000 miles on mine so nvr had anything major done

i would stay away from fred beans....i had a horrible experience with them thru warranty work plus they didnt even have the head tech work on my evo....was the quick lube guy...

Why service your vehicle at a dealer? There are tons of local shops that can do as good or a better job for less. What service did you need done?

What 11secdsm said depending on if it is normal service or warranty work.

That said Jeff D'Ambrosio in the Exton/Downingtown area is great as is Cherry Hill.

untill its something they cant fix and they tell you, "take it to the dealer". :roll:

I'd only use the dealer for warranty work. Everything else would be done by myself or a private shop.

I 2nd don't use Fred Beans unless its their Ford dealer in Boyertown.
