View Full Version : Is my Innovate LC-1 Wideband broken?

i bought a innovate lc-1 wideband a while back from a friend of mine...tested it today and i cant get it to read anything. I havent talked to him about it since it was a while back and he's always busy but i wanna make sure its not working before i continue. I tried a brand new sensors so its not that....

They have to be programed, it is in the directions. Im sure you could google the procedure.

i tried their directions and nothing....i dont think im doing something wrong. I'll give it one more try

I'm assuming most widebands work the same and you need to "air calibrate" it first before installing it in a car. I know newer Innovates don't require it but I think all the old ones do.

this isn't installed in the car and the sensor is out in the open (for air calibration)

How bad does the o2 sensor look?

o2 sensor looks okay. I have a brand new sensor that i also tried, even tried it without a sensor hooked up.

Make sure you have a good ground.

Eh I'll never buy innovate again. I've always had problems with them. Their customer service is good though, call them.
