Hey, I had a bumper shipped over from japan and it was cut in half in order to save on shipping. I was wondering what it would cost to repair and primer it. Also I would like the license plate section filled in and smoothed out and the parking lights holes filled in at the same time.

BTW the front bumper is sitting over the original front bumper in these pics.

Also another quote if possible to respray the car and body kit the factory color. which is a 92 Mazda 929 Color Code: 6R Bordeaux Mica, body kit consists of front and rear bumper plus side-skirts and 4 lower door panels as shown in second pic lying on the ground in front of the doors.
