Aerocatch hood pin question

For the locking Aerocatch hoodpins - has anyone seen/dealt with the visible metal on the lock cylinder rusting or corroding?

I have them, though they have never seen rain. I know they take pride in using high quality stainless for the mechanical side of things. I doubt you would have to worry about a real set rusting.

I have them too.....if they are real Aerocatch they are stainless steel. Areocatch lost their patent last year and there are cheap copies out there now.

These will more than likely be ordered from PWJDM (unfortunately) but... their underside mounts for the aerocatch pins look to be worth purchasing
