That car looks awful. I also thought you usually had to register with the state when you sold raffle tickets to something.

It's a good way to sell a used car and get way more than it's worth

yes it is, but if you only bought one ticket @ 50$ a paint job and wheels wouldn't seem so bad, but i personally wouldn't waste 50$ on a more than likely rigged contest

It clearly states no cheating will go on. Nothing to worry about!
Wow, everything that is wrong with the car scene has been wrapped up into one massive turd.

if you believe everything you see on the internet, then I have a 50 million dollar fortune for you left to me by the royal family of Niger. All I'm gonna need is an initial payment of $3,000 to get you that money. Cash accepted, credit preferred....I swear this is legit, nothing to worry about!

The shady thing is that this whole thing is just a disguised way to sell a used car for much more than it's worth.
Each shirt is $50. Do the math. 650 buyers to raffle the car off. 850 buyers for free shipping. Even with costs and a 10% donation to charity they will get over $30,000.
And if they don't get 650 buyers then they get plenty of money from whoever bought the shirt and they don't have to raffle the car off.

Can you blame them for trying tho. They wrapped a bunch of money into it and their trying to get some money back.

I wonder how much is actually into this car. If they do sell 850 shirts at 50 a
Pop that's 42500 minus the donation that's 38250. With that shipping on the high side it's at 37000.
Not sure how much a decent z is running for these days,or even a haggard one.the cost of wheels and a decent paint job is up there tho.

So they should part the wheels out and sell the car.
The motor has 50,000 miles. The body has 100,000 miles on it. There is a mod list on the page. It barely has anything done to it. You don't get mod money back when you sell a car.

with so many shenanigans going on with wall st and investment banking i really don't have a problem with this. so what a guy is going to rip 850 dumb people off for an extra 15k, he's no bernie madoff
time's are tough all over and everyone is looking for the easy extra money. maybe after he ships the z he will dive into a slow moving car

Looks like crap and is pure sketch. Only idiots would waste money one buying the "required" t-shirt to enter.
