heater problem 2003 eclipse

Brought Daughter 2003 eclipse, problem is it blows warm air thur passenger side and cool air on drivers side, is this heater core issue or something else i kind of thought air trapped in system, with heat on its still not hot i checked therostat it's good. and no antifreeze in cabin or on windsheild. need help

Eh,Im not too familiar with the setup on the eclipse,but it should be right behind the climate control.
