yes you need a dealer license to buy the cars and good luck trying to find an insurance company to insure the cars. the cars are there for a reason. if its too good to be true, it usually is.

Its not that uncommon anymore for sites to charge before you can use them.

but

http://www.bbb.org/tulsa/business-reviews/auto-dealers-used-cars/auto-source-in-tulsa-ok-18000514

Its a legit site, but they aren't actually selling the cars like you think. Its basically like those commercials for pricing hotels... Once you sign up, you can browse their inventory (inventory of links) and click on a car, which directs you to the place where you can actually buy the car. So those cars really exist, but all this site does is link you to the actual place of purchase, in which case you probably have to pay more fees if interested in purchasing.

Those cars were on the cover of this site a year ago. They just put them on the cover so you buy access.

That's correct. You need a dealer license to buy from copart. But you may use a broker, as I did. I used EasyExport.us. You don't have to pay for registration, just security deposit, which is refundable.
