please help a good friend of mine

Darryl Jones is a personal friend of mine. He owns Lee County Mud Motorsports Complex. Not only does he offer $10k prize purse for everyone of his races, he owns the Scooby Doo Ranger. He has set records with the old truck (in the video on the link) but this year he's coming out with a new Ford Ranger with a whole new power plant and suspension. The new motor is a 540 CI Hemi with a 14-71 blower on top running off of Nitro Methane. This is 40 CI bigger than a Top Fuel NHRA Dragster. Estimated HP is around 7500 (No misprint). The suspension consists of King Shocks. On 44" Boggers the truck sits at 6'2" while being lifted fron and back it goes up to 11'5" before the tire leave ground. This will allow the truck to hit the hils in the mud pit and the tires to still get traction. The old Scooby has ran all the way down in the 3 second range at about 98 MPH in a 250 foot mud pit that is 3 feet deep with 2 4 foot hills. He is trying for sponsorship due to the cost it takes to run this truck. If he were to run it full out (98%) Nitro Methane, he would have to rebuild the motor after about 2 passes, each refresh is equal to about $6K. In Nitro Methane and wear and tear you are looking at about $1000 cost to run the truck 250 feet. Please help him set new records with his truck and vote for him to be sponsored by Champion.

He'll probably be at my track this coming year but we don't have the shut down area for that truck. He has 5 others all well over 1000 hp that he can bring. I'll be tehre at his place for the test and tune on the New truck in March I'll be sure to post vids.

Yeah I was at the finish line for that run, all but one tire ripped off of the beadlocks. Wheel spin is dam over 300MPH at the end of the pit if you do the calculation with the gearing of the glide, transfer case axles, tire diameter and motor rpm. Them 45x18 inch tires turned into like 57x2 lol.
