WRX - did burnouts with ease
AWD DSM - would've had traction problems if I finished it
A4 Quattro - will never do a burnout

I would have to guess I'd fit closest in this category, so I'll post up.
Then again, Technically, since the T-case is setup for split shift... it can go FWD, RWD, or 4WD... but no AWD.

You might wanna repost this as a separate thread in the Drivetrain Tech section so other AWD/DSM knowledgable people can help.
Personally, it seems that something isn't aligned correctly.
Or the reverse idler gear isn't meshing right.

Your best bet is to start a new thread, I am sure you can find more interest there. If all else fails, PM silver05bullet, he has changed clutches on evo's/wrx's numerous times.

AWD is something I have overlooked for years. I finally launched it today and stuck it perfect. I held the 5000rpm launch control and slipped it hard. I HAD my hat on backwards until I hit the seat and it knocked it into the backseat! I love AWD, the Z would of spun out. Nothing better
