Lowering my car a little more, but I need to roll my fenders to get some clearance. Does anyone have any tips or suggestions to make it a little more faster/easier/professIonal?

Thanks. What should I roll them with if I don't have the tool?

I really suggest you rent the tool...ghetto way would be a baseball bat but i do not suggest that at all...

The tool is prolly a few bucks to rent locally i know some ppl on here will even rent them out to you..

Buy once, cry once trust me

Cut little slits in the lip you're trying to roll if it's just a single piece of metal thick. It will roll much easier.

I was gonna use a bat, but if I can just rent a heat gun and tOol then that would be straight.
Thanks guys!

Yea the bat (or 3" pvc I tried first) does not work entirely well. I would defiately rent a roller or call up one of our vendors.

DO NOT CUT SLITS. you allow moisture and eventually rust into the fender
and do not use a bat.
if its a miata the fronts are stupid easy with a mallet and heat gun or just rent the tool or find somebody that rolls, like me =]

See how I put 'if it's a single piece of metal' LOL. Without the inner fender holding the front fenders in they tend to bow out and/or flare, and to avoid this, it helps if you cut slits instead of trying to add extra unneeded pressure to get it to 'flip' up and inside.

I see what you did there. -__- I didnt read all of what you said
if you want to slit the fronts to bang/roll flush to avoid too much pull or flare. I can see where you are going with that. never had to do that, hm
