I spotted a white STI being pulled over infront of Wilkie Subaru Chevrolet on Borad Street in Philadelphia Tuesday afternoon at around noon.

Well i was there around that time and there was a cop behind me with his lights on but i didn't get pulled over he was just trying to go around unless this was someone else lol.
