What holds that sucker on? I went to change it this morning and I couldnt get the old one off, I peeled half a corner off and it looked like some sticky residue was left over. I pushed it back down before I ruined whatever was left... didnt have a clue if I needed some sort of sealant or anything.

Razor blade the old one off, then get the rest off with some sand paper. Use RTV, unless there is some kind of sealant on the new gasket from factory.

Yea only apply a thin layer, or use the copper spray.

Ultra grey is the best. Orange is too soft.
