hp tuners questions

ok so if you know cobalt ss and IRLs you k ow about HP tuners, my question invloves spraying Meth. I have a wot box by n2mb and it has a spray feature l( at xxxx to xxxx rpm it will tell the Meth system to spray) but that being said is it possible to set some conditions in hpt to change the timing to get the benefit of the Meth at the specific rpms set on the wot box?
