Standard Flywheel
The F1 Racing standard flywheel is a direct replacement for your factory flywheel. It features a machined ring gear (not pressed on like aftermarket flywheels) which will not separate. We only manufacture single mass flywheels.
Chromoly Flywheels

The F1 Racing lightweight chromoly flywheel is an excellent performance upgrade over a stock flywheel. Lightweight flywheels provide significantly improved throttle response and acceleration by enabling torque to be transmitted to the wheels faster at the slight cost of drivability. This flywheel can be resurfaced at a machine shop without having to purchase additional parts. The chromoly steel material allows for a high heat capacity and strength, preventing your clutch disc from overheating under extreme use.
Aluminum Flywheels

The F1 Racing lightweight aluminum flywheel is an excellent performance upgrade over a stock flywheel. Our aluminum flywheels use a steel friction surface similar to the stock friction surface to maintain longevity and reduce weight. The friction surface is replaceable and does not require machining at the time of replacement. This makes for a truly modular flywheel--you won't even need to unbolt it from the crankshaft. The reduced inertia of this flywheel enables torque to transfer to the wheels faster at the slight cost of drivability. This flywheel can mate with any clutch friction material, including any of our Performance and Xtreme clutch kits.

Stage 1 Clutches
F1 Racing Stage 1 clutch kit utilizes a heavy duty pressure plate paired with an organic disc. This is the most economical solution for stock to lightly modified vehicles. The organic material is forgiving in street drivability and light track use. This is not to be used with vehicles running forced induction or nitrous oxide systems. Our Stage 1 kits generally offer 40-50% more torque capacity over stock systems.
Stage 2 Clutches
F1 Racing Stage 2 clutch kit utilizes a performance pressure plate paired with a carbon kevlar disc. This is the soundest solution for aggressive street and moderate track use. The carbon kevlar material is able to recover completely from extremely high temperature conditions to its original functionality. This material will last longer than organic discs while maintaining superior torque capacity. Our Stage 2 kits generally offer 80% more torque capacity over stock systems. We recommend a 500-mile break-in period.
Stage 3 Clutches
F1 Racing Stage 3 clutch kit utilizes a performance pressure plate paired with a 6-puck ceramic sprung-hub disc. This is an excellent solution for high horsepower vehicles looking for a quick clutch engagement. The spring hub serves as a torsional damper that absorbs the shock of a harsh engagement in order to protect the transmission. The ceramic material is lightweight and has, on average, a coefficient of friction 28% higher than that of organic discs. Our Stage 3 kits offer a 250% increase in torque capacity over stock systems. We recommend a 500-mile break-in period.
Stage 4 Clutches
F1 Racing Stage 4 clutch kit utilizes a performance pressure plate paired with a solid-hub 6-puck ceramic disc. This is an excellent solution for high horsepower vehicles looking for a quick clutch engagement and hard launch--perfect for drag, drift, and track use. The ceramic material is lightweight and has, on average, a coefficient of friction 28% higher than that of organic discs. Our Stage 4 kits offer a 250% increase in torque capacity over stock systems. We recommend a 500-mile break-in period.
