last night me and two other members just so happen to be going the same way as a black 4runner for aproximatley 6 blocks at the most when the driver made a right into a parking lot (we didnt notice we werent even paying attention to him) and then we proceeded to turn arround cause we missed our left turn to go to a friends house. well when we went back to where we had to go we seen the black 4runner again just sittin in this lot, we thought nothing of it so we went upon our own bisnuess doin are own thing. about 45 minz later we come past the same spot to take a friend home and as we make a right off the main street we see an undercover on the sidewalk as we pass him we get surrounded by 3 cop cars. the cops interagate us 3 for over 45 minz askin us what we were doing "following a black truck" i told the officers i had not clue what black truck they were talkin about. i was thrown into the back of an suv for 20 minutes being yelled at and all knowing i didnt follow and truck and i told them that. i told them there was a black suv 4runner (i knew cause i work for a toyota dealership) that a black guy was yelling at but i had nuttin to do with that. i was threatend to have my car towed and be arrested for stalking and harrassment, actually the one officer who put me in the suv said "consider yourself uder arrest for harrasment and stalking at this time". well to make a long story short they never read me my rights, searched my whole car glove box and all without asking, patted all three of us down and in the end i end up missing the 2 one dollar bills i had in my pocket and another person ends up with his pocket knife he uses from work gone. Isnt there something illegal here done by the officers? no warrant or nothing? i mean just so happen to be going the same way as another car less then a mile wasnt considered stalking or harrassment last time i checked. please id like some advice here of what to do about the missing object and money and explanation of the harrassment i received last night. i dont even think that would hold in court, the whole going the same way as some one for less then a mile lol
