Hey people, been doing some research online, looking for more opinions...

Does anyone take this stuff? I work out everynight M-F for 1 1/2 hours, pretty much hit a plateau with my weight loss, looking for a little more help with fat burning

Who's tried this stuff? How much did you take? Any pros/cons you can attest to?

trash me and dan are going to be going on our "cycle" for one month, dan lost 20lbs last time he did this its 40$ a bottle were going thursday night.

i'm going to buy it today, I hear you should take 2 pills, 2wice a day to start, 1 hour before lunch and dinner...I'll probably start tomorrow, just be careful man

I would use an ECA stack or an NYC stack if you can
ECA = Ephedrine + caffine + ephedrine
NYC= Norephedrine + yohimbine HCL + caffine.

all legal and very potent

hydroxycut uses the herbal form of ephedrine & caffeine, so essentially its the same as ECA. You also have to drink a ****load of water, else you'll get major cramps

ephedra free blows, im using xantrax 3 now and its not doing a damn thing. i loved stacker 2 cause it was like being on speed. i had energy from 8am till 10 pm.

I used Hydroxycut when I lost 60lbs in 2 months. you have to drink at least 20oz of water the same time that you take the pills

actually it does not offer Ma Huang (herbal ephedra) anymore since the ban of ephedra products in supplements.

you gotta drink alot always, but it is best to drink on this because everyone knows caffine is a diuretic.

Ephdrine HCL is which LEGAL is a chemical sibling to ephedra. It is usually sold as an asthma relief remedy now.

Just picked it up on my lunch break, instructions say:
First week: 1 capsule, 3x a day
Second week: 2 capsules, 3x a day
Third week: 3 capsules, 3x a day

I think after that you're not supposed to go above 9-12 capsules per day...idk, we'll see how it goes, I'll let ya know how my month goes if anyone's interested, official weigh-in tonight :)

You really need to be careful with these type of supps. You need to really up your fluid intake and watch your caffine levels. I found that these type of pills did nothing but make me sweat and feel like I snorted meth and was racing all day. I had a much better success rate when I changed my diet. Believe me I am the first to pop a pill if it is going to give me results but I ju8st don't think that this is the answer. I can help or assit but you must be careful.

I havent signed up yet cause I almost took a fall when we had all that ice and my bad knee swelled up to 3x its normal size... but thanks for the motivation :banana:

i belong to the newtown swim club *NOT THE NEWTOWN ATHLETIC CLUB*

its $30 a month for a full gym. free weights, machines, tredmills, exercise balls and equipment and theres never anyone in it. its like my own personnal gym.

That is what makes you "lose the Weight" all it does is raise your heart rate. theory is keep your heart rate elevated and then you will burn more fat. But you will also sweat and be jumpy. Not the best way to lose weight. Also if your diet sucks it will do nothing for you. To lose weight you need to burn more calories than you take in. Also the type of food you eat and how it breaks down in the system. If you eat white bread you might as wel eat straight sugar. Beer, that is another no no. Stay away from sugar and white food. Try and eat whole grains and clear booze if you need to drink.

Well you are raising your heart rate. So when you go to work out your are speeding it up even more. That is not always a good thing. You want to stay in a fat burning zone and not in a cardiovascular rate. just make sure you make an educated decision before you do anything. A pill will not solve your weight loss problems.

He is right, pills are not the answer. A good diet combined with a good work out routine is the way to go. Ive helped people lose alot of weight this way. It may not be as fast as some pills, but its the healthiest way. A healthy maximum weight loss is only like 2 lbs per week. And also he was right about the heart rate. If your heart rate gets to high you will be out of the fat burning zone and you wont burn as much fat.

i dont think your understanding what im getting at here. hockey, running, and the gym are what i do for weight lose, the pills are just the icing on the cake. nothings better than breaking a sweat for no reason. i looked completely stressed out at work but all im doing is riding a caffeine high while playing snood

So what is your goal? Are you cutting? Are you trying to put muscle on? I guess I don't understand what you are trying to do? If you are doing all of those activities you should be burning mad calories. And even when you are not doing much your muscles are still working so you are still burning calories just not as fast. You may not be eating enough so your body is storing fat, or again your diet is crap so no matter what kind of pills you take you will not achieve your goals. So again help me understand what you are trying to do.

me, i'm trying to lose fatty areas around my abs, I've tried many different ab routines and I still look/feel the same. I'm just hoping this will help target some of those specific areas, that's all I want it for

Well I wish you luck. I have tried it all. Abs are really really hard. I have lost 20 pounds dropped my BF to 8% and still have not achieved the results of that 6pack. Sometimes it is just genetic. Sucks. I live with it. just be careful using that stuff. Make sure you cycle on and cycle off. dont' take for an extended period of time your body will get used to it and then you could put weight back on faster than before. Only thing for abs is really Diet. Your diet has to be super clean. It is crazy how well you have to eat if you have tummy troubles.

HERE YOU GO!! An effective and 100% LEGAL EC (after researching, the aspirin is NOT needed, although will prolong it's effect and you can substitute ephedrine for ephedra, since studies prove they have the same effect) stack...

Take ONE 25mg vasopro with ONE 200mg caff. pill, about 30 minutes prior to workout, and in the morning. Don't take more than 100mg of ephedrine/day.

BTW, this past week I lost 3#'s without taking the EC stack, while upping all my weights seemingly without a problem on every machine by 10#'s, this week I am trying the EC stack. My diet is...

1/2 cup of oats in the morning
1 protein shake (Optimum nutrition, rocky road) at 10am
12oz of tuna at lunch at 12
1 protein shake at 4pm
a normal dinner at
and a teaspoon of natural peanut butter before I go to bed

Anyone on here know a way to actually build a workout routine? I do not need to lose any weight, I simply want to put on some muscle mass. When I workout, I usually run on M-W-F followed by some reps on the leg-press, and lift on T-R.

I do not know what machines tone what, I just use whatever's open. LOL

How do I build a routine for building muscle? I am 5'11" 172lbs, so I will obviously need to put on some weight, but what should I eat? How much? Any suppliments that help?

I can help you out as well. But best way to put on mass is to EAT EAT EAT. You have to feed the muscles. Lots of protien and good carbs. Also lift heavy and lift more than 2 days a week. Your core must be solid to build the muscle on top of. Shoot me a PM if you want i can help you out.

I just started taking my vasopro and caffeine sunday, took it two times sunday, two times monday, and three times today. I have barely been eating, and my workout at the gym has been BY FAR the best it has ever been. I am also having 4 protein shakes/day, lunch that consists only of tuna, and a full dinner (whatever it is, there's always lots of food from all categories). Last week I lost 2 solid pounds on my normal diet. I lost 4#'s in the last 3 days taking my EC stack :eek: NOT ONLY THIS, but for the second consecutive week, weights were increased on every machine by 10#'s and it just seemed "easy". My 10/8/6 reps turned in to 10/8/10-20 (however many I could do).

This stuff is no joke :bigeek:

Yea, I'm definitley putting more up as well. As for reps, I've been doing 6-4-4 and found that I could increase my max bench +20# when I had a lot of energy (which still isn't a lot, but still) As for weight loss, I don't feel AS hungry, but I do eat a little less.

Just do speed and coke guys, you'll lose weight faster. I usually run like 2-3 days a week at college to stay in shape and like you all said losing weight around the stomach is hard. I can defiantly tell I'm getting stronger but defiantly not lighter.

Justin and Chris, if you guys ever feel like going for a run or something let me know. Go take some pics at the park and run around. There is always a few honeys up there.

you're not supposed to take after 6pm, for the reason just stated...i take around 7 though and i fall asleep just fine (working out for 2 hours knocks me on my ass!) :)
