Im looking for a local machine shop (South NJ/Philly) that can hone my 2JZ using a torque plate. Thanks in advance for the help.

I contacted DMH Fab in VA but they don't want to rent it so the search goes on.

The guy who bored my motor 0.020" over has a torque plate. He's in the northern burbs someplace but I'm not sure where. Try to contact Rick as below (Rick's in Doylestown) since he did the motor build for me and had the machine shop do their stuff:
