Insurance an Reg. question

I moved into my sisters house in december and got my license changed from NJ to PA. Now with the warm weather coming up, I may take my bike out a few times, but i still havent gotten it registered or insured in PA. It is insured and registered in NJ. I just dont have the money to get it changed over right now, and i wanna find a cheap insurance co. too. But what I need to know is what can the police do if i was pulled over for something when I have a PA license and my bike is registered and insured in NJ at my old address? Thanks you for any help with this

You have 10 days to fix all that.. some cops may not care becuase the reg.. and insurance is valid...

that is kinda what i thought, i just wanted an expert opinion. i plan on gettin it changed, i just need to get a few bills payed off first. Thanks for the info
