Anyone attend the Flash Bus Tour?

I attended the Flash Bus tour here in NYC yesterday. Just wondering if anyone else attended it? Pretty cool workshop. Although there were some people asking Joe Mcnally and David Hobby some pretty stupid questions. Such as " Are you into HDR photography?". They both couldn't stop laughing at the question. Overall it was a pretty informative workshop.

I went to their stop here in Philly on Wednesday, loved the morning session with David but to be honest I didn't learn much of anything in the afternoon with Joe. ETTL just doesn't work for me, and nothing that Joe said made that any different so I still don't have the patience to use it.

Joe did the same shot here in NYC but there was no where near 120 flashes, maybe like 50. I always have had trouble with TTL not firing from close range and then I see Joe firing one off with the built in flash like 60ft away. I was mainly interested in the positioning of the umbrellas, softboxes and stuff. It was cool to see how each light modifier gave similar but different results.

Before that shot was taken he fired all 120 flashes on full power, it went like this...

"Everybody close your eyes... I'm serious guys, close your eyes... BANG!"
The entire big ass room went %100 white and you could feel the god dam heat!
